'81 Japanese Original Pressing. Hiroshi Tsutsui’s soundtrack for Chodenji Robo Combattler V is a classic work filled with the intensity and dramatic power that defined 1970s super robot anime music. Heroic brass-driven orchestration, jazz-rock influenced rhythms, and serious, melancholic melodies come together to create a scale far beyond typical children’s robot anime soundtracks. It was also Tsutsui’s first full-fledged robot anime project, and can be seen as the starting point of the distinctive “Tsutsui sound” that would later lead to works such as Voltes V.

Grading scale

S — Sealed Still factory sealed. Never played.
M — Mint Like new. No visible scratches or marks.
EX Minor scuffs or very light scratches. Plays perfectly.
EX− Visible scuffs and scratches. Equivalent to VG+ in Goldmine grading.
VG+ Some flaws present. No needle jumping, but light noise may be audible.
VG Significant wear — heat damage, needle jumping, or PVC burn with noise.
